A: Backpack split parking air conditioners occupy less roof space and have lower requirements for vehicle roof bearing capacity. The outdoor unit can be installed on the side or under the vehicle. It avoids the risk of roof leakage caused by punching holes on the vehicle top. It is more friendly for old trucks and vans that do not allow large roof modifications.
A: Regularly clean the condenser and evaporator dust to guarantee heat exchange efficiency. Check refrigerant pipeline for leakage every few months. Do not run the air conditioner when the vehicle battery voltage is too low to prevent damage to the battery and compressor. Park the vehicle in a shaded area as much as possible to reduce the operating load of the air conditioner.
